HOSPITAL CURTAIN TRACK & RAILS
Bend-to-fit cubicle track, bedscreen rail, shower track and anti-ligature fixings, supplied and installed across NSW by the same team that makes the curtains running on them.

The Problem We Solve
A cubicle drape is drawn dozens of times a day and comes down for laundering every few weeks. The curtain usually survives that. The track is what gives: carriers jam where three straight lengths meet at a corner, a rail sized for a domestic curtain sags under a commercial drape, and a bracket fixed to plasterboard instead of structure pulls out.
We bend the track to the shape of the bay in one run, size the rail to the weight and cycle of the drape it carries, fix to the ceiling structure, and run every track through its full travel before we leave. Because the same team makes the curtain, the header, the hooks and the rail are specified together.
Here's how to choose the right one for your space.

For Orange Base Hospital, Central Western NSW's main hospital, we supplied all of the bedscreen tracking and the bed screens themselves in Materialised fabrics, alongside the venetians, roller blinds and curtains, sewn an hour up the road in Bathurst.

Thirty shower tracks with weighted curtains run through the wet areas at Molong Multipurpose Service, specified alongside the thirty twin chain-drive roller blinds and the S-fold curtains in the same package.

Our own team handles everything. No subcontractors, no handoffs, no surprises on installation day. The person who measures your windows installs them.
We've been fitting windows since 1977. We know which fabrics hold up through Australian summers and which mechanisms last in real homes — not just showrooms.
If it doesn't fit perfectly, we come back and fix it. No questions, no charge. That's been our policy since 1977 and it's not changing.

Either. Plenty of work is a track-only replacement. On others we supply and hang the curtains at the same time, so one supplier is accountable for how the whole thing runs.
Tell us what is installed, or send a photo of the carrier and the bracket, and we will quote the matching or nearest current system so your existing curtains still run.
Yes. Bend-to-fit tracking is standard on cubicle work. We set the bends off the measured run so the curtain pulls cleanly around the corner instead of binding at it.
Our own team. No subcontractors and no handoffs: the people who measure the run are the people who install it and test it before they leave.
Usually. We phase the install bay by bay to a schedule the ward agrees, and test each run before we leave it.
