Window furnishings for residential in Bathurst region by Quicksew.
A residential client came to Quicksew through a recommendation after completing a full room transformation with fresh paint, refinished hardwood floors and a new kitchen. The task was to design elegant, classic curtains for the revamped living area, incorporating a brushed brass rod to complement the new kitchen door hardware. Quicksew supplied lined curtains for three sets of French doors and six windows in the one large living room, using Zepel Zia Silver fabric with James Dunlop Nitefall lining in Smoke, finished with the Classic 38 decorative rod system and metal ball finials in an antique brass finish. The triple pinch-pleat curtains were designed to enhance rather than overwhelm the light-filled space.
Quicksew supplied, made and installed the window furnishings throughout this project - measured, manufactured in our Bathurst workroom and fitted by our own team.
Completed in October 2023, the elegant timeless curtains complemented the newly renovated room; the home remains a work in progress with more furniture and window treatments to come.
