Yes. Everything is made to measure. Your windows aren't standard, so neither is what we make for them. We measure to the millimetre, sew to that measurement in Bathurst, and hang it square.

Yes, across most of our ranges: roller blinds, curtain tracks, outdoor blinds and more. Control them by remote, wall switch, app, voice or schedule. It's handy for high windows and child safety.
It depends on the fabric and product. Most blinds need only regular dusting and an occasional gentle wipe, while curtains have fabric-specific guidance. We give you care advice on handover.

Yes. The in-home measure and written quote are free and no-obligation. No charge for the visit, no deposit to book it, and no pressure to commit on the day.
We strongly recommend our free professional measure. A few millimetres out can mean light gaps, fouling, or a curtain that won't sit square. Because we measure it ourselves, we stand behind the fit.
We do both, with no subcontractors. A measurer comes to you, your order is made in our Bathurst workroom, then our own installers fit it and check it operates correctly before they leave.
Yes, at any scale. We specify hard-wearing fabrics and hardware to suit the sector, all measured, made in Bathurst and installed by our own team to your program.
Yes. Commercial and aged-care installs are phased to limit disruption, working ward by ward or wing by wing, around clinical and resident routines and on a schedule agreed with your team.
