Commercial window furnishings for a 4.5-star government office building, built by Richard Crookes Constructions.
A four-storey, A-grade commercial building housing three NSW government agencies, certified to a 4.5-star NABERS rating. Performance glazing, efficient mechanical services and energy-efficient lighting were central to achieving that rating, alongside technology-rich training, conference and tribunal rooms.
Eighty-eight Vertilux single chain-drive roller blinds — fifty-eight in Eurobloc Eco Room Darkening, colour Silk, for the offices and meeting rooms, twenty-four in Status 5% (Daisy) where glare control mattered more than blackout, and six more in Silk on anodised base rails. Stainless-steel chain throughout.
