Commercial window furnishings for a 4.5-star government office building, built by Richard Crookes Constructions.
A four-storey, A-grade commercial building housing three NSW government agencies, certified to a 4.5-star NABERS rating. Performance glazing, efficient mechanical services and energy-efficient lighting were central to achieving that rating, alongside technology-rich training, conference and tribunal rooms.
Quicksew supplied and installed the commercial window furnishings throughout this project, built by Richard Crookes Constructions. Our blinds were specified and fitted to suit each space, controlling glare and heat, managing privacy and protecting the interiors, while sitting cleanly within the architecture so the design leads.
The completed building delivers a high-performing, sustainable government hub. Quicksew's window furnishings work with the performance glazing to manage glare and heat across the floors, keeping the workspaces comfortable and the energy rating on target.
