Service NSW needed a 900m² fit-out within a live, operational service centre, highly functional, intuitive and on-brand, delivered with no disruption to the public. Clear wayfinding and a customer-centric layout had to work alongside practical back-of-house space.
Chain-drive roller blinds in Shawscreen, Charcoal Grey, across the service centres — public area, service area and staff room — fitted window by window as each centre came online.
Delivered on time and with zero disruption to service, the centre is welcoming and easy to navigate. Quicksew's window furnishings cut glare at the counters and waiting areas, improving comfort for both customers and staff.
