Rehabilitation & aged-care hospital
Window furnishings for an ACT rehabilitation and aged-care hospital, built by Multiplex.
A key part of the ACT Government's Health Infrastructure Program, the University of Canberra Public Hospital provides rehabilitation, mental-health and aged-care services with 140 overnight beds and 75 day places. A heated hydrotherapy pool supports rehabilitation, and a strong university partnership underpins teaching and research.
Quicksew supplied and installed the window furnishings throughout this project, built by Multiplex. Our blinds and curtains were specified and fitted to suit each space, controlling glare and heat, managing privacy and protecting the interiors, while sitting cleanly within the architecture so the design leads.
The hospital delivers focused, sub-acute care for the ACT and neighbouring NSW. Quicksew's window furnishings manage daylight and privacy across the rehabilitation, mental-health and aged-care spaces.
Measured, made in our Bathurst workroom and installed by our own team — for homes and projects across Central West NSW and Sydney.
