Launching a new real estate brand, Upstate wanted to move beyond the traditional franchise model and redefine the sales experience, shifting from transactional to immersive. The fit-out delivered tech-enabled selling space, digital displays and a strong brand-led arrival, warmed with natural materials and greenery.
Quicksew supplied and installed the commercial window furnishings throughout this fit-out, delivered by Inscape Projects. Our blinds were specified and fitted to suit each space, controlling glare and heat, managing privacy and protecting the interiors, while sitting cleanly within the architecture so the design leads.
The high-performing sales environment contributed to roughly 80% of developments selling prior to construction, and positioned Upstate as a premium, forward-thinking brand. Quicksew's window furnishings support the immersive displays by controlling light without losing the sense of openness.
