Commercial window furnishings for a 640-bed regional correctional facility, built by Richard Crookes Constructions.
A greenfield site transformed into a purpose-built 640-bed correctional facility for multi-classified inmates, comprising 34 individual buildings, from accommodation wings to kitchen, stores, education and visitor facilities. Careful zoning, security integration and management of extreme regional weather were central to delivery.
Verosol Ambience roller blinds in 272 Saria, colour Ironstone — thirty-three, then thirty-three more again as a variation. Alongside them, Verosol blinds in 203 SilverScreen (Light Grey) and twin sets pairing that SilverScreen with 737 Veropaque G3 in Black Beige, on Silent White base rails, with valances added to the single blinds. One of two correctional centres we have fitted out at Wellington.
