Every guest room curtained and blinded, plus motorised blinds in the public areas, for a new 82-room Orange hotel.
The Remington opened in December 2020, built new to bring a fresh standard of regional accommodation, dining and conferencing to Orange, in the NSW Central West around three hours' drive from Sydney.
A newly built hotel of around 82 rooms in Orange needed its entire window-furnishing package delivered to the builder's program, consistent guest-room curtains and blinds across two floors, plus motorised blinds for the restaurant and reception, all installed on time and to a hotel-grade finish.
Quicksew supplied and installed curtains and sheers on dual hand-drawn tracks to every guest room across the ground floor and Level 1, with roller blinds where rooms needed them, and motorised roller blinds through the restaurant and reception. Roller blinds ran in Nimbus fabric (Vibe S45 Light) on commercial hardware. Made in Bathurst, installed by our own team.
A complete, uniform window-furnishing fit-out across an entire new hotel, delivered on time for head contractor Zauner Construction, who put it in writing and keep inviting us back to tender. Hotels run to a different rhythm than the hospitals and schools that make up most of our Orange work.
