A family home on a rise with a long outlook, where no two rooms wanted the same thing. An open living area facing the view, formal rooms that needed to feel finished, and bedrooms where privacy mattered more than light.
Sunscreen roller blinds across the living windows for glare control with the view intact. Lined curtains and pelmets in the formal rooms. Plantation shutters where a permanent, tidy finish suited better than fabric.
Each room got the treatment it actually needed, and the house still reads as one scheme rather than three. One local team out of Bathurst, one point of contact for all of it.
