Vertilux Mode roller blinds throughout a working shearing shed reborn as a five-bedroom country retreat.
The Shearers Hall was once the beating heart of Wilga Station at shearing time. Now a luxurious five-bedroom retreat that sleeps ten, it keeps its working heritage on show, the original sheep chutes preserved under glass and the old wool table given pride of place in the entertaining area. The window furnishings had to suit a large, light-filled home with wide views over the Fitzgeralds Valley, while staying true to the building's honest, rural character.
We fittedVertilux Mode roller blinds throughout, a hard-wearing, beautifully simple choice that complements the restored timber and steel without drawing attention from it. Consistent across every bedroom and living space, the blinds give each room privacy and shade while keeping the whole home cohesive.
The retreat now offers ten guests comfortable, glare-free rooms with easy control of light and privacy. The Vertilux Mode blinds sit quietly against the heritage detailing, letting the sheep chutes, wool table and valley views remain the stars of the stay.
