The Gardens is a six-storey medical centre in a prime Albury CBD location, purpose-built by Zauner Construction for the Dean Street Medical Group and their allied professionals. Alongside a range of user-friendly clinical spaces, the building includes landscaped areas and a café for staff and visitors. Designed for sustainability, it features performance glazing, rainwater harvesting, eco-friendly VRV air conditioning and rooftop solar, with expansive windows capturing views of the nearby Botanic Gardens.
Quicksew supplied and installed the window furnishings throughout this project, built by Zauner Construction. Our blinds and curtains were specified and fitted to suit each space, controlling glare and heat, managing privacy and protecting the interiors, while sitting cleanly within the architecture so the design leads.
