Specialist disability accommodation
Window furnishings for NDIS specialist disability accommodation, built by Zauner Construction.
Among the first of its kind for supported independent living, Kirinari's Specialist Disability Accommodation was designed and constructed by Zauner Construction across two stages, five self-contained units and shared amenities each. Set across a five-hectare site, each robustly built unit offers a full kitchen, open-plan living and bedroom, accessible bathroom and private courtyard, complemented by a basketball court, landscaped gathering spaces and covered walkways.
Thirty-eight roller blinds across the two stages, all in Vibe Blockout. Twenty run on stainless-steel chain drive; the other eighteen are motorised on a sixteen-channel remote, so a whole pod can be set from one handset. We also supplied the Somfy Linkeo 2 window-sash automation and Centralis RTS receivers for the openable windows. Blinds custom-made to order and installed by our own team.
Dignified, accessible homes that support independent living. Quicksew's window furnishings give each unit comfortable, easy-to-use light control and privacy across the living and bedroom spaces.
Measured, made in our Bathurst workroom and installed by our own team — for homes and projects across Central West NSW and Sydney.
