Four new Specialist Disability Accommodation homes and a social pavilion on a greenfield site in Orange for Mercy Connect, three two-bedroom and one three-bedroom fully accessible homes, meeting SDA certification standards, designed to help NDIS participants live independently with dignity.
Roller blinds throughout in Chanell Translucent, colour Lustre, with an ovolo base rail and bumper. Most run on standard stainless-steel chain; the rest are motorised on Somfy Sonesse 40 RTS motors with Situo remotes — a practical choice in specialist disability accommodation, where a chain isn’t workable for every resident.
