Warrigal's Shell Cove village reached its third stage, 47 independent living units across two buildings, with a basement carpark, built by Grindley. Every two- and three-bedroom apartment needed window furnishings that balanced residents' comfort, privacy and outlook, fitted to the build program.
Quicksew supplied and installed the window furnishings across all 47 apartments, made to each opening and scheduled around Grindley's program. Working to the village specification, we matched light control and privacy to each aspect and handled measure, manufacture and install with our own team.
The apartments were handed over ready to live in, window furnishings fitted and operating, the kind of multi-unit residential rollout we deliver alongside builders across NSW.
