Window furnishings for a major residential and retail town centre, built by Parkview.
A landmark $493M town-centre redevelopment beside Shark Park, delivered in four stages, over 700 apartments, a 71-room Quest hotel with resort-style pools and gymnasiums, more than 20,000m² of retail and restaurants, and upgrades to the Cronulla Sharks club.
Blinds and curtains to the residential apartments, delivered level by level as Stage 2 handed over — Levels 5, 7, 10 and 12 among them, unit by unit. Curtains hand-sewn in our Bathurst workroom, blinds custom-made to order, and the whole package staged to Parkview’s handover program rather than dropped in one delivery. Residential towers are a lane we have worked in right across Sydney.
The completed precinct gives the Sutherland Shire a vibrant new residential and retail heart. Quicksew's window furnishings dress the apartments and hotel suites, managing light, glare and privacy across the towers.
