We make it, we measure it and we fit it. So when something needs attention, there's one team to call. We stand behind every product we make and every install we complete.
Every Quicksew product is covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and operational failure under normal use. Because we manufacture and install ourselves, any issue comes back to one accountable team, not three suppliers pointing at each other.
It covers the blind, curtain or shutter mechanism, the fabric and materials (excluding deliberate damage and normal wear), and all the hardware we supply.
Covers the mechanism, fabric and materials under normal use. Australian-made, so a repair never means shipping anything interstate.
If it wasn't installed right, we fix it. No charge, no argument. The team that measured and fitted it is the team that comes back.
We re-cord, re-rope, re-tension or service any blind, curtain or shutter we've installed. For years after the job, not just inside the warranty.
Looked after well, made-to-measure furnishings last for years. Here's the short version. We also give you fabric-specific care advice on handover.
Dust them regularly, and wipe the fabric with a damp cloth for marks. Avoid harsh chemicals. Don't roll a blind up while it's still wet.
Dust with a soft cloth or a vacuum brush. Wipe timber louvres with a slightly damp cloth. Aluminium shutters take a more thorough wipe-down.
Dust the slats or cells with a blind duster or microfibre cloth. Wipe aluminium and composite slats with a damp cloth. Treat honeycomb fabric gently.
Vacuum gently with an upholstery brush to keep the dust down. Many lined and blockout curtains are best professionally dry-cleaned. Follow the care advice we give you on handover.
